报告人简介：

Dr Blanpied studies synaptic transmission and plasticity in neurons. His work focuses on understanding how microscale and nanoscale organization of protein complexes and organelles modulate neuronal functions. Dr Blanpied is one of the pioneers in applying superresolurion fluorescent microscopy in the neuroscience research. With a combination of spectrum of imaging, genetic and cell biology approaches, his lab has made a series of important discoveries on new mechanisms of synaptic modulation. In this seminar, Dr Blanpied will share his recent work on the dynamics of mitochandria in neurons and its impact on neuronal plasticity.
